Rosie Update 4

Miss Rosie, a four-month-old ball of sunshine, is at her new home. I dropped her off this morning. Her new home is painted in colorful shades and bright with sunlight. She has a big yard with a chain link fence, and a new fluffy dog bed with plenty of toys to chew apart. Her designated human pack leader, Austin, is eighteen and graduating from high school in a few weeks. He’ll be attending MTSU, but living at home, and his parents are supporting his decision to adopt a rescue dog by helping their son raise her.

Austin couldn’t rip his eyes away from Miss Rosie from the moment we arrived, wearing a dreamy lovesick smile the whole time. And who could blame him? She is a doll. We already miss you, Miss Rosie.
