Slumber Party with Puppies
Tomorrow, Mason, Donna, and I are picking up the Perry County 8 (PC8) – eight puppies born under a back porch to a stray bitch – at noon in Nashville. I figured by the time those six-week old little dumplings reach us, they’ll need some rest, so we’re having a puppy slumber party tomorrow night at the Farnival before we take the PC8 to their new foster home on Sunday.
I’m planning to crack out on puppy breath for like twelve straight hours.
By the way, what is it with the number 8? I’ve had the honor of meeting two litters this year and both totaled 8. Maybe we should play the lottery.
